The deep knowledge of plumbing and heating, gas and solar thermal sectors and the experience gained in the subcontracting of brass components made on drawing and stainless steel corrugated tubing TAICOP® (CSST) brought to the production of stainless steel hose assemblies and led to the birth of BRUNORA brand.

 

The stainless steel hose assemblies BRUNORA are produced according to the customer’s specific requirements, keeping the philosophy of production on drawing which is one of THEONILDE’s major strong points since ever.

    

They are used in all the applications where is necessary to convoy fluids, even in high temperatures, and thanks to the high corrosion resistance, good wear resistance and a good tensile strength they can be used in the most varied sectors, the main fields are plumbing and heating, gas, solar thermal, automotive, nautic, alimentary, chemical and geothermal.

   

The hose assemblies BRUNORA are mechanically formed from rolled steel AISI 304, 316 o 316L and welded by “micro TIG” technology, then, they are corrugated and cut to size according to customer’s requirements.

    

In order to cover the widest range of hose assemblies, our production is available from DN 6 to DN 50 in three different models of corrugation, each one characterized by a lower or higher flexibility.

The hose assemblies have an optimum resistance in temperatures from -270°C (liquid helium) to 600°C.

  

The geometry of the end fittings of hose assemblies BRUNORA is fixed by the customer’s specific requirements. The materials mainly used for their production are the brass, both pressed and turned, the stainless steel and the copper.

    

For the purchase of the raw material, as well as the execution of thermal and superficial treatments, we rely on local partners’ competence and experience, with whom we collaborate for several years.

   

On the basis of the final use and at customer’s own discretion, the end fittings are TIG welded or brazed; in case, we can take into consideration different kinds of welding. Then, the hoses can be bent, according to the customer’s needs.

    

The stainless steel hose assemblies BRUNORA are 100% inspected; all the leak tests are made by Ateq instrumentation. Different tests may be agreed with our Quality Control Manager.
